Metaphysical stage, which is the centre stage, must have been inevitable. It acts as the bridge between religion and modernity. Through it, a communal stage where religion and science overlaps is clear hence bringing in the social part of both religion and science. Religion, which was a soft concept socialize with the hard known scientific concepts bringing in the concept of secularization. Religion becomes secular to adopt some scientific concepts while science becomes softer through the interaction. This makes religion to transition from being pre scientific to scientific hence making it fit in the modern world where science thrives. Science on the other hand creates room for the modernized religion hence making the two adopt secularization. It is in the transition therefore where the overlap between religion and science can be evident since the two have to adapt to each
